70. cikk — Az Alkotmánybíróság határozatainak joghatásai
(1) Az Alkotmánybíróság határozatai véglegesek; minden közhatalmi szervre és minden személyre kötelezőek. Ellenük jogorvoslatnak nincs helye.
(2) Ha az Alkotmánybíróság megállapítja, hogy a törvény az Alkotmánnyal ellentétes, a törvény a határozat közzétételének napján hatályát veszti. Az Alkotmánybíróság ehelyett más időpontot is megállapíthat, vagy más időbeli joghatást határozhat meg.
(3) Az alkotmánybíró a határozathoz különvéleményt vagy párhuzamos indokolást csatolhat. Ezt a határozattal együtt közzéteszik.
(1) The decisions of the Constitutional Court are final and binding on all public authorities and on all persons. No appeal lies against them.
(2) Where the Constitutional Court finds that a law is contrary to this Constitution, the law ceases to have effect on the day the decision is published. The Court may instead set a different date or determine other temporal effects.
(3) A justice may attach a dissenting or concurring opinion to a decision. The opinion is published with the decision.
