58. cikk — A Kormány hatáskörei és feladatai
(1) A Kormány irányítja a bel- és külpolitikát, valamint a közigazgatást.
(2) A Kormány irányítja a fegyveres erőket, a 87. és a 88. cikk keretei között.
(3) A Kormány a törvényben meghatározott keretek között rendeleteket alkot. A rendelet törvénnyel nem lehet ellentétes.
(1) The Government directs domestic and foreign policy and the civil administration.
(2) The Government directs the armed forces, subject to Articles 87 and 88.
(3) The Government issues regulations within the limits set by law. A regulation may not conflict with a law.
