30. cikk — A gyermek jogai
(1) Minden gyermeknek joga van a jólétéhez szükséges gondoskodáshoz és védelemhez.
(2) A gyermekeket érintő minden intézkedésben, akár közhatalmi szerv, akár magánintézmény jár el, a gyermek mindenek felett álló érdeke elsődleges szempont.
(1) Every child has the right to the care and protection necessary for their well-being.
(2) In all actions concerning children, whether by public authorities or by private institutions, the best interests of the child shall be a primary consideration.
