Article 23 — Right of petition and right to good administration
(1) Mindenkinek joga van kérelemmel vagy panasszal fordulni a közhatalmi szervekhez, és észszerű időn belül indokolt választ kapni.
(2) Mindenkinek joga van ahhoz, hogy ügyeit a közhatalmi szervek részrehajlás nélkül, tisztességesen és észszerű időn belül intézzék.
(1) Every person has the right to address petitions or complaints to public authorities and to receive a reasoned reply within a reasonable time.
(2) Every person has the right to have their affairs handled by public authorities impartially, fairly, and within a reasonable time.
