Article 61 — Courts and structure of the judiciary
(1) A bírósági szervezet a Kúriából, az ítélőtáblákból és az elsőfokú bíróságokból áll.
(2) A Kúria a rendes bírósági szervezet legfőbb bírói szerve.
(3) Meghatározott ügycsoportokra külön bíróságot, ideértve a közigazgatási bíráskodást, törvény csak az (1) bekezdés szerinti szervezeten belül hozhat létre.
(4) Rendkívüli bíróság nem hozható létre.
(1) The court system consists of the Curia, the regional courts of appeal, and the courts of first instance.
(2) The Curia is the supreme judicial body of the ordinary court system.
(3) Specialized courts for particular fields, including administrative justice, may be established by law only within the structure set out in paragraph (1).
(4) Extraordinary courts may not be established.
