Article 46 — Oversight and accountability of the executive
(1) A Kormány az Országgyűlésnek testületileg felelős.
(2) Az országgyűlési képviselők kérdést és interpellációt intézhetnek a Kormányhoz és tagjaihoz, akik a házszabályban meghatározott időn belül válaszolnak.
(1) The Government is collectively responsible to the National Assembly.
(2) Members of the National Assembly may address questions and interpellations to the Government and to its members, who shall reply within the time the rules of procedure set.
