Article 41 — Committees and powers of inquiry
(1) Az Országgyűlés állandó és eseti bizottságokat hozhat létre. A bizottsági helyek a képviselőcsoportok Országgyűlésen belüli arányát tükrözik.
(2) Az Országgyűlés vizsgálóbizottságot állíthat fel. A vizsgálóbizottság jogosult tájékoztatást, iratokat és tanúvallomást megkövetelni, a sarkalatos törvényben (43. cikk) meghatározottak szerint.
(3) A képviselők egynegyedének kérelmére az Országgyűlés vizsgálóbizottságot állít fel.
(1) The National Assembly may establish standing and ad hoc committees. The seats on committees reflect the proportions of the political groups in the National Assembly.
(2) The National Assembly may set up committees of inquiry. A committee of inquiry has the right to require information, documents, and the testimony of witnesses, as set out in a cardinal Act (Article 43).
(3) A committee of inquiry shall be established at the request of one-quarter of the members of the National Assembly.
