Article 32 — Environmental protection and sustainability
(1) Az Állam védi a természeti környezetet, a biológiai sokféleséget és a kulturális örökséget a jelen és a jövő nemzedékek számára.
(2) Mindenkinek joga van az egészséges környezethez.
(3) A környezet védelme mindenki közös felelőssége. Aki a környezetben kárt okoz, viseli a helyreállítás költségét.
(1) The State shall protect the natural environment, biodiversity, and the cultural heritage for present and future generations.
(2) Every person has the right to a healthy environment.
(3) Every person shares responsibility for protecting the environment. Those who cause environmental damage bear the cost of restoring it.
