Article 14 — Freedom of expression and freedom of the media
(1) Mindenkinek joga van véleményét szóban, írásban, képben vagy bármely más formában szabadon kinyilvánítani.
(2) A sajtó és a média szabadsága és sokszínűsége biztosított. Az előzetes cenzúra tilos.
(3) Az újságírói források védelmét törvény biztosítja.
(4) A közszolgálati médiaszolgáltatás a közérdeket szolgálja, és politikai irányítástól függetlenül működik.
(5) Mindenkinek joga van a közhatalmi szervek kezelésében lévő, valamint a közpénzek és a köztulajdon felhasználására vonatkozó közérdekű adatok megismeréséhez, a törvényben meghatározott korlátok között.
(1) Every person has the right to express opinions freely, in speech, writing, image, or any other form.
(2) The freedom and the pluralism of the press and of the other media are guaranteed. There shall be no prior censorship.
(3) The protection of journalistic sources is guaranteed by law.
(4) Public-service broadcasting serves the public interest and operates independently of political control.
(5) Every person has the right of access to data of public interest held by public authorities or relating to the use of public funds and public property, subject to limits set out in law.
