Article 12 — Protection of personal data
(1) Mindenkinek joga van a rá vonatkozó személyes adatok védelméhez.
(2) Személyes adat kizárólag az érintett hozzájárulásával vagy törvényben meghatározott más jogszerű alapon kezelhető.
(3) A személyes adatok védelméhez való jog érvényesülését független hatóság ellenőrzi.
(1) Every person has the right to the protection of personal data concerning them.
(2) Personal data may be processed only with the consent of the person concerned, or on another lawful basis laid down by law.
(3) Compliance with the right to the protection of personal data is supervised by an independent authority.
